Example 11: Floridian Estate (4 White no-see-um netting curtains with heavy gauge track)

This 13.5ft tall white no-see-um curtain was no problem, however we were then constrained to 10ft panel widths. Because of the tall ceilings, she needed to use our heavier gauge track with wheel-carriage carriers for easy sliding. This 40ft 4-panel application with HEAVY tracking for $903 and delivered in 3 days.

Example 12: California Dreamin (6 black mosquito netting curtains with heavy gauge track)

Stucco columns, particularly those with sharp corners can wear the netting material. Instead, we broke the "minimize-the-number-of panels" rule and created separate panels for each opening. Now, only the sturdy side bindings come in contact with the stucco. This 47ft, 6 panel application with HEAVY gauge tracking for $888 and delivered in 5 days.
Example 13: Coastal Connecticut ( Velcro attachment and improvised Roman shade)

screened porch 9

This 10ft tall porch used white mosquito netting curtains where the client cleverly improvised a Roman shade using two eye-screws above the curtain. He simply tied a cord to the outside eye-screw, slipped the cord under the base of the curtain and used the inside eye-screw as a pulley to hoist the curtain directly upward. This 40ft singe panel with Velcro attachment for $425 and delivered in 3 days. Compare to a stapled screened porch at $3,000.
Example 14: Partitioned Wrap-around (Can you guess which photo has no curtain?)

Photographing the black mosquito netting is like trying to photograph a vampire. It doesn't show up well on film. Yes, the curtain is in ALL photos. This 28ft, 2 panel curtain with Velcro attachment for $282 and delivered in 3 days.
Example 15: "Honey, I'm Home" (2 Ivory mosquito netting curtains with tracking attachment)

This "L-shaped" exposure uses a single 26ft Ivory panel and tracking for $294.

Example 16: Freestanding Pavilion (4 No-see-um netting curtains and gabled triangle)

This quaint freestanding structure used separate no-see-um panels for each side. Because each panel ends at a support column the side bindings are secured to each of the 4 posts for a seamless view. In addition, we made triangular panels for the two gabled ends.
Example 17: North Dakota Garden (2 Ivory mosquito netting curtains with Velcro attachment)

An outside hang maximizes the usable space, provides the best view from the interior, and performs best under breezy conditions. While an inside hang might have better street appeal, many back porches use this configuration. This curtain is hung by Velcro using 2 panels at 26ft for $259 delivered in 4 days. Notice the doorway partially tied back.
Example 18: Missouri Wooded View (2 black mosquito netting curtains with tracking attachment)

A thee-sided exposure that uses 2 nonsymmetrical panels that meet at a stairway. Because the nearby column would have been difficult to seal to, it was better to turn the corner and have the doorway seal within the center exposed side. This 43ft curtain with tracking attachment for $628 delivered in 2 days. A better way to make a screened porch enclosure.
Example 19: Traditional Patriot (2 white mosquito netting curtains with tracking attachment)

A very common configuration with 2 nonsymmetrical panels that meet almost in the middle of a three-sided exposure using tracking. Panels meet at one of the center spindle columns to provide access, yet with a seamless appearance. Love to see those Stars and Stripes blowing in the breeze. More versatile and attractive than the screened porch alternative.
Example 20: One of our Favorites (Don't have a roof? Make a painted pipe frame in a day)

This gentleman started with what you see in the first photo. He wanted a larger covered space than his awning provided but didn't want to build the structure necessary for a screened porch. We coached him through building our pipe frame idea. I think any of you will agree he did a magnificent job. This mosquito netting curtain is 49 linear ft consisting of 3 wall panels and a 15ft x 8ft roof panel for $749 delivered in 4 business days. See details for constructing simple pipe frame for roofless deck.
