Plan
Introduction

By now you've LOOKED at the photo gallery and have LEARNED how the installation works. Now, we will help you plan your project. If your curtains will be rectangular in shape, we will prepare you to order directly online. If your panels are non-rectangular or if you will need a roof panel, reading this section will help prepare you before you call so that we can be as efficient as possible. Remember, we receive your information to cut shapes, sew binding around the perimeter, and give you attachment items to secure your curtain.

In this section, you will plan the number of panels for your project. Where curtain panels start and end will determine where you will secure the side bindings and where your exits will be. Once you've decided on how many curtain panels to use for your project, you will measure, make a few adjustments, and then order.

Establishing a common perspective and nomenclature - Important!

We find it useful to look at your porch from one perspective. where you are standing inside the space you want protected with your back against the house looking out into your yard. This common perspective helps us to agree on what is LEFT and what is RIGHT.

Also, to avoid confusion, we represent width in feet - inches followed by height converted to inches. For example, a panel 25ft. 9in. wide x 9ft. 3in. tall is represented as 25-9 x 111. A panel 10ft wide x 12ft tall is represented as 10-0 x 144.

Our Guarantee

If there are any problems with your curtain, we will resolve it quickly to your satisfaction. We sincerely want you happy and we believe you don't want us to lose money. You will know if the curtain is right for you shortly after installing it. The mosquito netting and no-see-um netting are high quality fabrics, but with limits. A weed eater will definitely make a hole, raking the netting repeatedly against a stucco corner, or rose bushes will wear a hole. While your curtains are designed to last 4-7yrs, we would like any returns to be made within 4 weeks.

We recognize that ordering such a product online is new to many of you and perhaps a bit of a challenge. If there are any miscuts, we won't ask who, what or why. We will simply correct the error to your satisfaction or you return the curtain for a complete refund of your purchase (not including shipping charges). It is an easy guarantee to make since after more than 4,000 orders, we've had only 14 returns. Velcro doesn't stick to masonry, retractable awnings aren't compatible, and papas don't like surprise purchases.

"We want you happy, then we'll make you curtains you will love."
