Essentially, we cut quality netting mesh and bind the edges with a sturdy 2in. polyester webbing that we fold in half like a taco, tuck the netting inside, and double-stitch. The result is a tough 1in. doubled-over binding around the perimeter of your curtain that can accommodate various fastening tools such as Velcro, curtain hooks, magnets, or marine snaps, or contain an inserted fiberglass rod.
How to use the website
Everyone has a different need for detail. We want information to be complete but not overwhelming. LEARN and PLAN are the most important sections of the website and reading every word takes about 30 minutes by clicking through each of the topics on the right.

Delivery time
Your custom made curtain panels will ship in 1-3 days. They will arrive Federal Express GROUND in the lower 48 states, and US Postal for Hawaii and Alaska (which tends to arrive sooner). See map to the right for transit times. No signature is required.
Canadian orders arrive Federal Express Air which clears its own customs. You will receive a phone call prior to delivery when you can pay Canadian VAT by credit card over the phone with FedEx. There is no entry brokerage fee. Delivery transit times are 2-4 days.
International orders arrive in 7-10 business days and the carrier is determined based on cost as our actual shipping costs exceed what you will be charged. Customs fees depend on the country. For international orders, we strongly encourage you to email us a digital photo prior to ordering so that we can ensure the accuracy of your order. |
