Your custom made curtain panels will ship out in 1-3 days. They will arrive Federal Express GROUND in the lower 48 states, and US Postal for Hawaii and Alaska (which tends to arrive sooner). See map to the right for transit times. No signature is required. FedEx pickups are M-F with deliveries M-Sat.
Canadian orders arrive Federal Express Air which clears its own customs. You will receive a phone call prior to delivery when you can pay Canadian VAT by credit card over the phone with FedEx. There is no entry brokerage fee. Delivery transit times are generally 2-4 days.
International transit times are generally 7-10 business days and the carrier is determined based on cost as our actual shipping costs exceed what you will be charged. Customs fees depend on the country. For international orders, we strongly encourage you to email us a digital photo prior to ordering so that we can ensure the accuracy of your order. |
